PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
These Terms contain a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver. By using our Services, you agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis through arbitration and not through class actions.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services (“Services”) provided by Golden A&C Jewelry Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you agree to:

Account sharing, impersonation, or fraudulent use is strictly prohibited.

 

Communications

By placing an order or creating an account, you consent to receive communications from us via phone, email, or SMS related to:

  • Order verification

  • Security confirmation

  • Customer service

  • Promotions (you may opt out of marketing messages at any time)

 

Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • Full payment is required before processing

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for security or verification reasons

  • Pricing or typographical errors may be corrected at our discretion

 

Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

For the protection of our customers and our business, all orders are subject to verification prior to shipment.

Golden A&C Jewelry Inc. reserves the right to contact customers by phone to verify order details, identity, and payment information.

All customers must successfully complete the verification process before an order is processed or shipped. Orders that cannot be verified, or that raise security concerns, may be delayed or canceled at our discretion.

Golden A&C Jewelry Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or suspicious activity, without obligation to complete the transaction.

 

Shipping & Secure Delivery Policy

To ensure maximum security:

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx

  • Shipments are sent to the FedEx location closest to the customer’s address

  • Customers must pick up their order in person

  • A valid government-issued photo ID matching the order name is required

High-value items are not shipped directly to residential addresses.

 

Insured Shipments

  • All shipments are fully insured

  • Once the package is available for pickup at FedEx, responsibility follows carrier terms and conditions

 

No Returns, No Exchanges Policy

To maintain the integrity, authenticity, and value of our jewelry:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges

  • We do not issue refunds

This policy allows us to guarantee that every piece sold is brand new, authentic, and has never been previously handled or altered.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders already in process may be canceled only before shipment

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to canceled orders

  • Custom or special orders may not be eligible for cancellation

Refunds Due to Failed Verification

If an order is canceled due to unsuccessful verification, incomplete customer information, or failure to comply with our security procedures, any refund issued will exclude non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment providers. These fees are not recoverable by Golden A&C Jewelry Inc. and are therefore deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, logos, images, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Golden A&C Jewelry Inc. and may not be used without written permission.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

Limitation of Liability

Golden A&C Jewelry Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products.

 

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted on an individual basis in the State of Florida.

You waive any right to participate in class actions.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

 

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
